Project managers at our facility take part in ongoing training to ensure that they communicate the goals and objectives of our customers in the most concise manner possible. Based on experience from many successful projects, our specialists understand industry requirements and put this to work for you as they develop innovative ideas and user-specific machine concepts.

Producing designs begins with CAD systems and Finite Element Analysis. To identify potential problems before making critical decisions, the designs then undergo a process called FMEA – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Using CNC controlled machines designed and built by our sister company, Hess Engineering, each part produced must meet precision tolerances and repeatability tests.
